Reviews
Fantastic energy from all the staff which follows to the customers.
Excellent, fast bar service despite being very bust. They handled a massive crowd with ease despite boiling heat.
Fab sound and equipment to plug into for musicians. Treated like VIPs from arrival.
Will be back for lunch next time I'm in Glasgow
Nice atmosphere. Good live music. Some bar staff (male) very poor at serving and let the place down. Picking and choosing who to serve rather than serving who should be next!
The staff and folks there were excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed watching the football there on one of their many large screens
I lived in the West End of Glasgow in the 90s but, for some reason, never went into The Rock.
More fool me, I say.
Having been in to watch the fantastic Dughoose Ska Band on Saturday night I will definitely be back!
An eclectic crowd spanning the age range from students to middle aged music lovers like me were loving the live music and dancing the night away.
The staff were friendly and attentive, if a little overstretched at times, and the venue is perfect for music nights.
The Rock has instantly rocketed (see what I did there?) to the top of my West End venue list.
Looking forward to my next visit.
Amazing wee local, great pool table and chilled atmosphere. Service was excellent, blonde haired girl kira was great.
Went on a Thursday night, cracking quiz, cracking atmosphere, good local pub, big up the bar team!
Large pub. Good pint of draft peroni. No real ale. Lots of large TV screens. Outside terrace area (not covered)
Pool table, juke box.
The seat we sat on had a ripped cover. Apart from that, decent pub.
We will be back for more!
Fab night on Saturday listening to the band and DJ playing ska. Amazing to see so many folk up dancing. Drinks weren't bad either
